Hoppers Head Office

The growing company of Hoppers saw the need for a new purpose-built office located in Orewa. The Hibiscus Coast north of Auckland is where the company was first established and was appropriate to continue this connection with an innovative mixed-use building on Tamariki Ave. The ground floor is occupied by three retail premises including a sushi cafe. The first floor is the Hopper HQ where the Hopper Developments, Hopper Living and Hopper Construction teams operate from. The office space is a modern mix of open-plan social areas and a mix of individual, team, and meeting rooms. The upper level boasts three luxury freehold apartments, two with sea views, and all are sold and occupied. A key feature in the building design is the environmentally friendly living walls
