Opened in October 2018, the Mobil Whitianga petrol station is a key amenity at the entrance to town, servicing both locals and visitors with modern, reliable fuel facilities. Located on a high-traffic site, the station is the first stop for many arriving in Whitianga—providing convenience, visibility, and a professional presence at the town’s gateway.

The forecourt was constructed by Hopper Construction, with the full development project managed by Hopper Developments. We continue to own and lease the site, maintaining long-term interest in the quality and success of this asset.
